Trish’s intention is to guide clients sans judgment to create homes that Conjure Your Joy!

Her journey of eliminating toxic chemicals from her home, shifting from a lifestyle dominated by could, should & would, choosing to live with intention, coupled with an innate desire to help others live more eco, health & Chi conscious was the catalyst for The Clean Witch.

Trish earned a BFA in Studio & Art History from The Kansas City Art Institute, studied at the Victorian College of the Arts in Melbourne AU. Represented the School of the Art Institute of Chicago & the San Francisco Art Institute before learning to see with “‘Feng Shui eyes” at the Western School of Feng Shui founded by Terah Kathryn Collins.

As The Clean Witch continues to evolve Trish is looking forward to incorporating her artistic talent. In addition to The Clean Witch’s current offerings, Trish is offering color consulting as well as assistance in selecting the furniture and accessories that align with you.

Learn how to make Cold Process Soap from Joli Winer co-owner of Heartland Honey, a vendor at the Brookside Farmers Market. Joli has been making soaps for more than 15 years. She will demonstrate how to safely make soap plus talk about ingredients and where to get them. She will also demonstrate how to make lotion bars and lip balms. Each paid registration will be able to make a batch of soap to take with them and get a copy of recipes. The cost is $35 per person.  Limit of 30 people.

Farm Tour: New Roots for Refugees

New Roots staff offer farm tours of Juniper Gardens Training Farm the last Wednesday of each month, March through October. Groups can choose a morning (8 or 9am - depending on the heat!) or evening (5pm) option.

Please fill out the form below by 12pm the Monday preceding the tour date to reserve your spot for a tour. Groups are welcome --for groups larger than 10 people, however, please contact semra@cultivatekc.org directly. In the event of inclement weather, tours will be cancelled. If none of these dates work for you, please contact semra@cultivatekc.org

The farm is located at 100 Richmond Ave KCK 66101 - please park on the street (Richmond Ave) and walk into the farm site.

The event will start at 3pm with a tour of St. Clair Farmstead, followed by a tour of Rusted Plowshare around 3:45pm. We will have outdoor games and activities, as well as planting chestnut trees. After a little hang out time, we will start dinner around 6 pm. Check out the mouth-watering menu of local foods for dinner on our website and register to reserve your spot. We hope you'll join us!
